  Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver training in Clinical Trials and Clinical Research
  • Train students on end-to-end Clinical Trials Management
  • Teach Clinical Research Regulations and GCP guidelines
  • Provide training on Clinical Trial Monitoring activities
  • Develop and update training material as per industry standards
  • Mentor students for job readiness in the clinical trials industry
  • Support assessments, evaluations and placement-oriented training
  • Engage in continuous improvement of training methodologies

  Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years of experience in Clinical Trials and Clinical Research
  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Research Regulations and GCP
  • Hands-on experience in Clinical Trial Monitoring
  • Experience in end-to-end Clinical Trials Management
  • Strong interest in teaching and training students
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to train students for industry-relevant job roles
