The International Council for Harmonisation – Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) is a globally accepted ethical and scientific standard for clinical trials. It ensures the rights, safety, and well-being of trial participants and guarantees that the data collected is credible and reliable. Adherence to GCP is crucial for anyone involved in clinical research—from sponsors and investigators to CROs—especially for studies targeting global regulatory approval.

Shweta Gujral – Head Academics & GCP Trainer
Shweta Gujral is an accomplished clinical research professional with over 12 years of experience in clinical operations, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and academic training. Currently serving as the Head of Academics at Cliniminds, she leads curriculum development and faculty management, delivering training aligned with global clinical research standards. A GCP-certified expert, she has coordinated and monitored clinical trials at prestigious institutions including the Singapore Eye Research Institute and Biometrix Singapore. Her role has included site qualification, study monitoring, regulatory documentation, audit readiness, and investigator training. Shweta is experienced with global guidelines such as ICH-GCP, Schedule Y, and JCI standards, and is well-versed with pharmacovigilance tools like ARISg and MedDRA. Her contributions to publications, KOL support, and scientific training underscore her deep domain knowledge.
