Advanced Clinical Trials R Programming

The Advanced Clinical Trials R Programming Course provides comprehensive, hands-on training in R programming for clinical research and clinical trial data analysis. The course begins with R and RStudio fundamentals, covering data structures, packages, data import/export, data manipulation, cleaning, reshaping, visualization, and basic programming concepts. It then progresses to advanced clinical trial programming, including CDISC SDTM and ADaM programming, raw-to-SDTM mapping, ADSL and BDS datasets, derivations, traceability, and submission-ready datasets using pharmaverse tools. Participants will also learn statistical analysis in R, clinical trial efficacy and safety analyses, treatment comparisons, analysis populations, and TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) programming for clinical study reports. The course is designed to build practical skills for working with clinical trial data and applying R throughout the clinical data analysis and regulatory submission workflow.
